The Department of Land Valuation is reminding property owners that revaluation forms must be submitted by 31 March 2026. Property owners can fill out the form online at www.gov.bm/2026-revaluation. The form is easy to use, takes about five minutes, and works on any device.
Premier and Minister of Finance, The Hon. E. David Burt, JP, MP, said: “The move to a secure online system has made revaluation faster and easier for everyone. I encourage every property owner to submit their form without delay so the Department can finalise a reliable Valuation List that reflects accurate and up-to-date information.”
The Department reminds property owners that giving this information is required by law under the Land Valuation and Tax Act 1967. It also helps ensure your property is listed correctly in the new Valuation List. When the information is complete and accurate, it helps protect property owners by supporting fair and consistent Annual Rental Values.
The online form is secure and private, gives you confirmation right away, and records a digital signature to help keep the information correct. If you do not have internet access, someone you trust can submit the form for you. All information submitted is confidential and used solely for the purpose of the revaluation.
Property owners are also reminded that rental information cannot be added later when challenging an ARV if it was purposely left out during this process. Updating the Valuation List does not mean land taxes will automatically increase. Any tax changes are decided separately by the Ministry of Finance.
For help, please contact the Department of Land Valuation at 297‑7964 (option 0) or email landval@gov.bm. Staff can assist you or complete the form over the phone on your behalf.
