The Premier, the Hon. David Burt, JP, MP, is currently in London participating in the annual Overseas Territories Joint Ministerial Council (OT JMC) Meetings.
Overseas Territories leaders from Anguilla, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Falkland Islands, Gibraltar, Montserrat, Turks and Caicos Islands, Ascension, Tristan Da Cunha and St. Helena have convened at the annual gathering to discuss matters of mutual interest to their respective territories.
While in London, Premier Burt will also meet with key representatives of the UK Government.
The Premier returns to Bermuda on Friday and is accompanied to the UK by the Deputy Premier, the Hon. Walter Roban, JP, MP, Minister of Home Affairs. The Premier and Deputy Premier are supported on the UK visit by Kimberley Durrant, UK Representative and Director of Bermuda’s London Office.
