The Ministry of Transport and Regulatory Affairs is pleased to announce that Roger Todd, CEng, MIMechE has joined the Department of Public Transportation as Director.
The accomplished Senior Manager and Professional Engineer has over 25 years of experience leading, coaching and developing industrial and professional teams.
With a strong Asset Management and System Reliability background, Mr. Todd has successfully managed plant operations and major capital projects.
The Head of the Civil Service, Dr. Derrick Binns commented: “I am delighted that Roger has joined the Public Service. He has a well-deserved reputation for professionalism.
“His proven leadership in working with groups to deliver necessary and valuable products to our community makes him a good fit within the Ministry of Transport and Regulatory Affairs and at the Department of Public Transportation.
“I join with all my colleagues in Government in welcoming him to the team.”
Mr. Todd is an advocate for innovation and efficiency and optimizing processes, teams and technology, and, has been a Management Representative for ISO environmental and safety management systems.
