The Emergency Measures Organization operations team announced they have moved to Amber status which means emergency service personnel are now off the roads and will only respond to emergencies. The EMO anticipates moving to Red status at 12:30am. Red status means no emergency vehicles will be on the road during the height of the storm.
The public is reminded to stay indoors and not to move around outside.
