Florida Governor's Letter of Appreciation

You will recall that following the June 12th Orlando, Florida nightclub mass shooting, Premier Michael Dunkley wrote to the state’s Governor, Rick Scott to formally express condolences on behalf of Bermuda.

‎At the time of the incident, Premier Dunkley said, “Bermuda grieves with the Orlando community... and we join in the global condemnation of this act of hate and intolerance. As we struggle to come to grips with this unthinkable tragedy, let us all pray for peace, respect, tolerance and understanding for one another.”
