Today an extraordinary municipal election was held at Penno’s Wharf Cruise Ship Terminal in St. George’s, to return the seat of Municipal Residents Councillor, to the Corporation of St. George. At the end of polls Miss Zindziswa Swan was declared the winner, with the votes being shared:
