Minister DeSilva said, “Over this past weekend we have suffered yet another tragic death on our roads. I wish to extend my deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Mr. Arthur Wales during this difficult time.”
“The Ministry of Tourism and Transport remains deeply committed to road safety in Bermuda and urges motorists to drive with caution.”
