Announcement of New Justice of the Court of Appeal

The Governor, Ms Rena Lalgie, has announced the appointment of Dr Ian Kawaley as a Justice of Appeal of the Court of Appeal of Bermuda with effect from 1 January 2023. The Governor said “Dr Kawaley’s appointment brings a wealth of valuable knowledge and insight to the Court of Appeal from his extensive judicial experience in Bermuda’s Courts over the past 19 years.”
