Commonwealth Telecommunications Organization Forum

The Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation (CTO) recognises the need to bring to the attention of its members and other ICT stakeholders the latest ICT developments and their impact on society. This Forum entitled “Digital Transformation for Development: People, Processes and Technology” will highlight how the digital transformation is affecting our lives, how we live, how we work and how we play.  For the digital transformation to be effective, it must be supported by a resilient broadband network which in turn must be made available to the majority of the world’s population. This Forum will examine possibilities for increased connectivity, applicable technologies and problems facing governments, consumers and telecommunication operators.
