Senator The Hon. Michael M. Fahy, JP, Minister of Tourism, Transport & Municipalities travelled to San Juan, Puerto Rico to be a guest speaker as well as part of the panelist at the Fifth Edition Caribbean Hotel Investment Conference & Operations Summit (CHICOS).
Sen. Fahy was able to showcase the hotel developments currently underway, to discussing what the island had to offer that sets Bermuda.
Successful discussions were held with the organizers of the CHICOS conference regarding Bermuda being the host country for the annual event in 2017.
Senator Fahy was accompanied by his Permanent Secretary Randy Rochester, Roland ('Andy') Burrows, Chief Investment Officer, Bermuda Tourism Authority as well as Kyle James, Business Development Manager, Bermuda Tourism Authority.
