His Excellency The Governor, after consultation with the Chief Justice,
has approved the appointment of Mr. Jeffrey Elkinson, Barrister & Attorney to act as Assistant Justice in accordance with section 73(6) of the Bermuda Constitution for 6th November 2026 for the below specified matter:
