PUBLIC ACCESS TO INFORMATION (INFORMATION STATEMENT) (MINISTRY FOR THE CABINET OFFICE) NOTICE 2020

The Permanent Secretary who has supervision of the Ministry for the Cabinet Office, in exercise of the power conferred by section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, gives the following Notice:

Citation

1. This Notice may be cited as the Public Access to Information (Information Statement)(Ministry for the Cabinet Office) Notice 2020.

The public authorities to which this Notice applies

2. This Notice applies to the following public authorities 

(a)Economic Development Department; and

(b)E-Commerce Advisory Board.

Deposit of information statement

1. Pursuant to the requirements of section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010 notice is hereby given that the information statements for the public authorities, listed under paragraph 2 of this Notice, have been deposited for inspection at—

        (a)the offices of the public authorities listed under paragraph 2;

        (b)the Bermuda Archives; and

        (c)the Bermuda National Library

       (d)the Office of the Information Commissioner

and shall come into operation on 1 April 2020.
