Youth Mental Health First Aid Training
The Department of Health is pleased to offer a free Youth Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training course for individuals who work with or support young people. This two-day course is designed to build capacity among professionals, caregivers, and volunteers by equipping them with the tools to recognize, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in youth.
