Parks
Overview
A larger event is any gathering of 50 or more people, or any event where tickets, food, or alcohol will be sold, or where there will be live music, DJs, or sporting activity.
If your event meets any of these criteria, you must apply for a Special Permit through the Department of Parks. Applications cannot be submitted online for larger events; you must apply in hard copy or by email.
All applications are assessed individually based on the nature, scale, and location of the proposed activity. Fees must be paid at the time of booking. Any additional fees incurred will be invoiced.
