Child Development Screening Programme

Sign up for a free developmental screening offered by the Child Development Programme (CDP) for children aged 18 to 48 months. The screening evaluates a child's progress in behavior, movement, learning, and communication. An Early Childhood Specialist will conduct the screening at a convenient location, such as the child’s home, daycare, or CDP. Parents can complete and return the form via mail, email, or in person.
