Everything on our register is reached through the online register at www.registrarofcompanies.gov.bm. You need an account to search, to file and to order certificates.
What you need
- an email address
- a government-issued identification document
- a means of paying fees
Proof of identity
Registering for an account requires proof of identity in the form of a government-issued identification document. This applies to anyone who wants to search, not only to those filing.
This is not the same as access to beneficial ownership information
An online account lets you search the public register. The central register of beneficial ownership is separate, is not public, and is reached by application under the Beneficial Ownership Act 2025.
