The Department of Statistics (DOS) will be conducting a Census of Population and Housing in the 2016/17 fiscal year. DOS would like to streamline the data collection process by providing an option which allows households to complete their census questionnaire online. This option must be a user-friendly front-end solution with a database that allows households to submit household and personal information during the 2016 Census of Population and Housing.
Interested vendors should submit their proposals and provide information that demonstrates the technical and financial ability to complete the computer system as specified in the project scope, as well as proof of similar projects that have been successfully completed. Submitting a proposal does not guarantee that the vendor will be short-listed, nor does submission of the lowest priced proposal guarantee that the vendor will be selected.
