This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the “Government”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Penetration Testing Services, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Government of Bermuda (GoB) is inviting qualified cybersecurity firms to submit proposals for comprehensive penetration testing services. The objective of this Request for Quotations (RFQ) is to identify a vendor capable of conducting external penetration tests on specific systems, including JD Edwards Enterprise One (E1), the Tax Portal, and the Web Portal. The selected vendor will be responsible for performing in-depth assessments to identify and address potential vulnerabilities in these critical systems.

Respondents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials or other representatives of the Government, other than the RFQ Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFQ. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the respondent and the rejection of the respondent’s quotation.
