This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the “Government”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Installation of 100A 1ph 120/240v Services for Pedestrian Crossing on North Shore Rd, Flatts as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent’s proposal.

Amendment/addenda (if any) will be posted at https://www.gov.bm/procurement-notices. Proponents should visit the Government Portal on a regular basis during the procurement process.

Site Visit / Pre-Bid Meeting 

The mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit will be held on Thursday September 25, 2025 at 10:00AM at the Carpark opposite the Aquarium. Failure to be present at the site visit and sign in will result in the disqualification of your document submission.
