Request for Quotations For Bus Shelter Power Washing / Sanitizing

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the “Government”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Bus Shelter Power Washing / Sanitizing, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

Contractors are required to carry out Power Washing / Sanitizing Services at Bus Shelters located in the Eastern, Central and Western Parishes.

Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit

A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting Site Visit has been scheduled for this procurement. The purpose of the Pre-Bid meeting and Site Visit is to provide a structured and formal opportunity for the bidders to raise questions and clarify any of the proposal requirements and procurement process. The date, time and location are provided as follows:

LOCATION: Bus Shelter on North Shore Road opposite Empire Grocery (only site)

CAUTION: Bids will be automatically rejected from any bidder that was not represented or failed to properly register at the mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit.
