What do they do?
- Effects Government policy initiatives under the direction of the Minister of Justice.
- Ensures efficient, accessible, transformative, and transparent programmes and legal services to safeguard the rights of all Bermuda's citizens.
- Upholds and enforces the established legislative framework governing Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing (AML/ATF) with the objective of identifying, preventing, and mitigating the risks associated with money laundering and terrorist financing. This is to ensure the protection of Bermuda's financial system's integrity while enhancing both national and international security.
