Overseas Territories Infrastructure Visit

The visit was designed as an in‑person programme for 1 Minister and 1 Senior Technical Official (PS) per Territory, centered on four core themes:

1. Resilient Infrastructure (roads, coastal protection, climate‑adapted delivery)
2. Water Infrastructure & Resource Efficiency (smart networks, energy‑recovery treatment plants, circular economy)
3. Integrated Masterplanning (cross‑sector approaches for resilient, tourism‑driven island economies)
4. Infrastructure Modernisation for Growth (airports, ports, strategic upgrades, digital innovation)

The programme draws on UK expertise - including AtkinsRéalis, Arup, Beckett Rankine, Thames Water Innovation Hub, and others - and combines executive briefings, technical case studies and site visits tailored to the priorities of small-island jurisdictions. It builds directly on themes raised during your participation at the BEI webinar and in the UKEF discussions, particularly around sustainable infrastructure, long‑term capability building and pathways to mobilising investment.
