The community health nurses are “Taking It To The Streets” on Friday, 5 July, 2019, to offer free health screenings for the public.
The aim of the event is to help identify persons at risk of chronic non-communicable diseases, and to offer guidance for prevention.
The event offers free screenings for blood sugar, blood pressure, heart health, weight, and more.
