Interested artists can visit www.creatives.bm to start their profiles.

Friday’s launch event will be from 7.00 p.m. – 11.00 p.m. at Blue Water Angler’s Club, and some of the artists who will be featured on the new website will also perform including:

  • Live Wires
  • Mugzyddancer
  • Imari
  • Alan Smith
  • Shine Hayward; and
  • Brixx

Minister Lovitta Foggo said today, “All month long we’ve been celebrating Bermudian Excellence, and we couldn’t think of a more appropriate time to launch this Bermudian talent focused website. We want to provide supportive spaces for the cultural and creative community in Bermuda. So we have designed a unified platform aimed at bringing together local creatives so they can represent themselves. The site is free for the artists who wish to sign up, and we believe that this tool in some small way will help develop and uplift Bermudian national pride. On Friday, we will celebrate our talented artists and musicians and we encourage the public to attend also and show their support.”
