The Cabinet Office advised that the flag on the grounds of the Cabinet Building, is being flown at half mast today in remembrance of Mr. Kenneth Richardson CVO, CBE, JP, Bermuda’s first Black Secretary to the Cabinet. Mr. Richardson, whose private funeral service is today, served in the post from 1984 to 1993.
