Executive Summary:

This invitation to tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the “Government”) to prospective tenderers to submit a tender for HVAC maintenance services as further described in herein.

This Invitation to Tender includes copies of the following:

  • Instructions to Tenderers;
  • Tender Forms, which includes the following:

a)Certificate of Confirmation of Non-Collusion,

b)Company Profile and Financial Information

c)Addenda Acknowledgement form

The work comprises of the cleaning, routine maintenance and inspections of air conditioning equipment. The contract will be for a period of three years. Tenderers must submit fully completed forms and are encouraged to visit the site of the said works. Site visits can be arranged by emailing Mr. Tekle Ming at tzming@gov.bm.

An open site inspection will be held on Wednesday 8th of November at 1000hrs commencing outside the Government Administrative Offices and Wednesday 15th of November at 1000hrs outside of the Sylvia Richardson Care Facility.  At which time all queries in relation to this tender invitation will be received. You must confirm by email to tzming@gov.bm if you wish to attend. This inspection is not mandatory; however no claims in relation to want of knowledge will be entertained.

Please complete and return the enclosed form of tender and related documents duly signed to the Tender Box of the Department of Lands and Buildings of the Ministry of Public Works Located on the 3rd Floor of the General Post Office Building, 56, Church Street, Hamilton, HM12. Late submissions will not be considered.

All completed tenders must be returned in sealed envelopes and clearly marked Tenders duly sealed and marked Tender for HVAC Maintenance Services for buildings 0371, 0372, 0396 and 1232and returned no later than 4:00 p.m. on the 27th of November 2017.
