You are formally invited to submit a response to the tender for the roof retrofit. It is the tenderer's responsibility to read the entire tender and comply with all requirements herein.

The work comprises the roof retrofit to The Warwick Camp Dining Hall. The contract will be for an 8 week period. Tenderers must submit fully completed form of tenders. Tenderers are encouraged to visit the site of the said works.

This Invitation to Tender includes copies of the following:

• Instructions to Tenderers;
• Tender Form, which includes the following:
  • Certificate of Confirmation of Non-Collusion,
  • Company Profile, and
  • Addenda Acknowledgement form;
• Specification;
• Draft Contract (sample); and
• Drawing # 001
