LARGE GROUP EXEMPTION:

WEDDING RECEPTION

Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Wedding Reception hosted by Event Décor (Mrs. Richie Robinson)  is an event justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5 (1) and (2) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) Regulations 2020 on groups of more than fifty persons assembling;

Now therefore, the Minister grants an exemption under regulation 5 (4) of those Regulations permitting a group of more than fifty persons to assemble Saturday August 8, 2020 between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm at Astwood Park, 39 South Road, Warwick Parish with the following conditions:

Conditions:

1. All persons attending the wedding reception must wear a face mask and maintain appropriate physical distancing at all times.
    
2. Event organizers to ensure physical distancing is enforced.
    
3. Maximum number of persons 90.
    
4. Duration of event 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
    
5. Hand sanitizers and/or hand washing stations to be made available.
    
6. The Bermuda Police Service / Ministry of National Security Official have right to attend and observe adherence to the conditions as prescribed above.
