LARGE GROUP EXEMPTION:
CHARITY DINNER – MEALS ON WHEELS
3 July 2020
Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Charity Fund Raising Dinner for the registered charity organization Meals on Wheels on Friday July 3, 2020 is an exceptional circumstance justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5 (1) and (2) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) Regulations 2020 on groups of more than fifty persons assembling;
Now therefore, the Minister grants an exemption under regulation 5 (4) of those Regulations permitting a group of more than fifty persons to assemble on Friday July 3 2020 from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm at the Blu Bar and Grill Restaurant, 25 Belmont Hill Drive, Warwick, WK 06
Conditions as follows:
- All persons attending the event must wear a face mask and maintain appropriate physical distancing at all times.
- Adhere to Ministry of Health Guidelines pertaining to Indoor and Outdoor Dining.
