‘A’ RESTRICTED 

The Chairman of the Liquor Licensing Authority, in compliance with the requirement of Section 7 of the Liquor Licence Act 1974 gives the following notice:

A Special Session of The Liquor Licensing Authority for the year 2020 / 2021 will be held at the 22nd day of May, 2020 via video link, at 9:30 a.m. to hear the applications for the grant / transfer of the following licences for the year 2020 / 2021:

Any person ordinarily resident in the Parish or any owner or occupier of any property lying within three hundred yards of the premises in respect of which this application is made may object to the grant/transfer of the licence provided written notice containing, in general terms, the grounds of the objection, and is served on The Chairman of The Liquor Licensing Authority, The Commissioner of Police and The Applicant not less than three days before the hearing.

For those desiring to attend the special video link hearings, please also submit your request to kscott@gov.bm   Additionally, if you are called to a hearing the Clerk will contact you.
