CLOSURE NOTICE

UNDER THE PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 1949

SECTION 88

The Minister of Health has determined that a communicable disease of the first or second category exists and in the opinion of the Chief Medical Officer there is an immediate risk of an outbreak of COVID-19, as such the following places of public resort are hereby ordered to close pursuant to section 88 of the Public Health Act 1949, effective 21^st March 2020:

• Schools
• Swimming pools in hotels, Airbnb and guest houses
• Gyms
• Beauty salons, spas and barbers
• Church services (except funerals)
• Organized sports club activities with more than 50 people
• Concerts with more than 50 people
