EXTRAORDINARY MUNICIPAL ELECTION

CORPORATION OF ST. GEORGE’S 

NOTICE OF ISSUE OF WRIT 

In pursuance of the provisions of section 30 of the Parliamentary Election Act 1978, as modified by the Municipalities (Election) Order 2015, notice is hereby given that on 11^th December 2019 the Parliamentary Registrar issued writs of election for an extraordinary municipal election to be held for the Corporation of St. George’s for the election of one Residents’ Councillor.  

Notice is further given that: 

1.         Nomination Day is 2 January 2020

2.         Polling Day is 16 January 2020

3.         The Election Room is Penno’s Wharf Cruise Ship Terminal, St. George’s
