MUNICIPALITIES (ELECTION) ORDER 2011

 EXTRAORDINARY MUNICIPAL ELECTION

FOR THE CORPORATION OF ST. GEORGE

ADVANCED POLL ABSENT VOTERS

13 June 2019

In pursuance of the provisions of section 40 (2) of the Parliamentary Election Act 1978, as modified by the Municipalities (Election) Order 2011, an advanced poll will be held at Penno’s Wharf Cruise Ship terminal, St. George’s on the 13^th of June 2019 between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm for electors who are eligible to vote at the above extraordinary municipal election and who are intending to be absent from Bermuda, or to travel to or from Bermuda, on polling day.

Certificates for this advanced poll will be available from the Parliamentary Registry from the 10^th of June to the 13^th of June during regular business hours, with extended opening hours until 8 pm on Thursday, 13^th June 2019.

Each applicant for a certificate must satisfy the Registrar that he is on the Parliamentary Register and the he intends to be absent from Bermuda, or to travel to or from Bermuda on polling day.
