LEGAL NOTICE

The Regulatory Authority, pursuant to section 87(2) of the Regulatory Authority Act 2011, hereby gives the following Notice:

Pursuant to the standards agreed with the consent of the Minister responsible for the electronic communications and electricity sectors, the following entities shall constitute Specified Sectoral Providers within the meaning of Section 87 of the Regulatory Authority Act 2011:

• Bermuda Digital Communications Limited, Logic (formerly Bermuda Cablevision Limited), and Cable Co. Ltd., operating under brand name One Communications;
• TeleCommunications (Bermuda & West Indies) Ltd. Transact Limited and  Bermuda Telephone Company Limited, collectively “Digicel Group”; and
• Bermuda Electric Light Company Limited.
