PUBLIC ACCESS TO INFORMATION (INFORMATION STATEMENT) (Corporate Income Tax Agency) NOTICE 2026

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporate Income Tax Agency, Bermuda, who has supervision of the Corporate Income Tax Agency, in exercise of the power conferred by section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, gives the following Notice:

Citation

1.  This Notice may be cited as the Public Access to Information (Information Statement) Corporate Income Tax Agency Notice 2026.

Deposit of information statement

2. Pursuant to the requirements of section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, notice is hereby given that the corporate Income Tax Agency’s information statement has been deposited for public inspection at—
   1. the offices of the Corporate Income Tax Agency,
   2. the Bermuda Archives,
   3. the Bermuda National Library, and
   4. the Office of the Information Commissioner,

and shall come into operation on 25 May 2026.
