dck Bermuda, Ltd., registration number 50276, was included on a list of companies struck off the Register of Companies effective 24^th December 2025 pursuant to section 261 of the Companies Act 1981.

            I, the Registrar of Companies, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE to all concerned that dck Bermuda, Ltd.was included on the said list in error, and as such, the company has never been struck off or removed from the Register of Companies.
