Award of Contract

In accordance with Financial Instructions 10.5.1 and 10.5.2, the following contract has been awarded:

Name of Vendor: Plant an App, Inc.

Contract Title: Software Subscription and Low-Code Platform Services

Contract Purpose: To provide access to the Plant an App low-code development platform, including subscription services, support, and associated implementation and consulting services, to enable the development and deployment of digital government applications and workflows.

Contract Value: Estimated total contract value of $893,400 (being $297,800 per year for three (3) years)

Contract Term: 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2028 (3 years)
