NOTICE OF PROPORTION OF BUSINESS RATEPAYERS’ COUNCILLORS TO MUNICIPAL RESIDENTS’ COUNCILLORS FOR THE CORPORATION OF HAMILTON

In accordance with section 18A of the Municipalities Act 1923, notice is hereby given that the proportion of business ratepayers’ councillors to municipal residents’ councillors for the Corporation of Hamilton ordinary municipal election to be held on 7 May 2026 is as follows:

1. Business Ratepayers’ Councillors - 4 seats
2. Municipal Residents’ Councillors - 4 seats
