ACTING APPOINTMENT

 His Excellency The Governor, after consultation with the Chief Justice, 

has approved the appointment of Mr. Jeffrey Elkinson, Barrister and Attorney to act as Assistant Justice in accordance with section 73(6) of the Bermuda Constitution for 27^th April 2026 for the below specified matter: 

• 2025/285civ Wanda Booth et al and HSBC Bank Bermuda Ltd et al
