The Minister responsible for the Registrar of Companies, in exercise of the power conferred by section 27(1) of the Interpretation Act 1951, issues the following Notice:

Citation

1. This Notice may be cited as the Registrar of Companies (Compliance Measures)

(Delegation of Powers) Notice 2026.

Delegation of Powers

2. The Accountant General hereby deputes the Registrar of Companies to exercise,

on his behalf, the functions of the Accountant General under section 13(3) of the Registrar of Companies (Compliance Measures) Act 2017.
