NOTICE TO CONTRIBUTORIES AND CREDITORS OF ADJOURNED FIRST MEETINGS

(Under the Order for winding-up the above named Company dated the 4 September 2025)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the adjourned first meeting of the Creditors in the above matter will be held on the 25 March 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (Atlantic Time) and the adjourned meeting of Contributories will follow at 10:30 a.m. (Atlantic Time) or soon thereafter. The meetings will be held via Microsoft Teams. A secure link and joining instructions will be provided to all registered contributories and creditors upon receipt of their proof of debt and proxy forms.

Proof of Debt forms and Proxy forms to be used at the meeting are included in this package and have been mailed to all known Contributories/Creditors. All forms must be lodged with the Official Receiver’s Office by 12 noon (Atlantic Time) on 24 March 2026.
