His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint

Dr. Lucie Fremlova, Assistant Privacy Commissioner (Innovations)

to act as the Privacy Commissioner for the period

20^th February to 1^st March 2026 until the Acting Privacy Commissioner’s return.
