Contract Title: Partnering with the Government of Bermuda on Digital Transformation Activities

Contract Purpose: To provide digital transformation services for Government systems, including the design, development, and delivery of a secure One-Stop Shop portal, service digitisation, artificial intelligence–enabled citizen self-service, and related cloud and integration services in support of improved government service delivery.

Contract Value: $2,076,743.66

Contract Term: 1 December 2025 to 31 December 2027

Amendment

Amendment Contract Purpose: To provide additional technical resources to support the Government’s Digital Transformation Programme during the Foundational/Discovery Phase, including cloud, integration, and application development support.

Amendment Contract Value: $64,200.00

Amendment Period: 1 February 2026 to 30 April 2026

Date of Award: 29 January 2026

All other terms and conditions of the original contract remain unchanged.
