(BERMUDA PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY BOARD) NOTICE 2025

The Chair of the Bermuda Public Accountability Board, Michelle Seymour-Smith, who has supervision of the Bermuda Public Accountability Board, in exercise of the power conferred by section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, gives the following Notice:

Citation

1. This Notice may be cited as the Public Access to Information (Information Statement) (Bermuda Public Accountability Board) Notice 2025.

Deposit of information statement

2. Pursuant to the requirements of section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, notice is hereby given that the Bermuda Public Accountability Board information statement has been deposited for public inspection at—

1. the offices of the Bermuda Public Accountability Board;

2. the Bermuda Archives;

3. the Bermuda National Library; and

4. the Office of the Information Commissioner

and shall come into operation on 31 December 2025.
