Pursuant to section 19(2) of the Municipalities Act 1923, notice is hereby given that Councillor RoseAnn Edwards resigned from the Corporation of Hamilton effective 21 October 2025, and I hereby declare that the office of Residents’ Councillor of the Corporation of Hamilton, formerly occupied by the said RoseAnn Edwards, is vacant.
