2. The Registrar of Companies has sent two (2) letters to each LLC named herein in accordance with section 210(1) & (2) of the Limited Liability Company Act (“the Act”).
    

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the expiration of three months from the date of publication of this Notice, the LLCs listed in the attached Schedule will, unless cause is shown to the contrary, be struck off the Register and will be dissolved.
