ACTING APPOINTMENT

 His Excellency The Governor, after consultation with the Acting Chief Justice, 

has approved the appointment of Mr. Hugh Southey KC, to act as Assistant Justice in accordance with section 73(6) of the Bermuda Constitution for 8^th- 10^th September 2025.
