One Week Left to Share Your Views on Bermuda’s National Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure

The Ministry of Tourism & Transport, Culture & Sport reminds the public that there is just one week remaining to participate in the National Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure (NEVCI) Policy Goals and Objectives Consultation.
As announced in the 2022 Throne Speech, the Ministry is considering phasing out the sale of internal combustion engine vehicles on the Island. Reliable and accessible EV charging infrastructure is critical to achieving this goal, and as such, the Ministry, through its National Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Committee, has developed a set of draft policy goals and objectives.
The Ministry invites all stakeholders and members of the public to review the draft NEVCI Policy Goals and Objectives and share their feedback by viewing them online at https://forum.gov. bm/en, and submitting their feedback through the Stakeholder Questionnaire at https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/FLv06ksCav.
The deadline to submit feedback is Sunday, July 13th.
Your input is vital to shaping Bermuda’s electric vehicle future. Don’t miss this opportunity to have your say.
