The Department of Marine and Ports has today issued notice to the public and commuters using the Rockaway Ferry stop that, effective tomorrow, Monday, 4 July, services are suspended due to ongoing repairs to the bow loading ramp.  The Rockaway ramp conditions have made it unsafe for pilots to load passengers onboard the ferry.  Currently, the Department of Works and Engineering are on site and working on repairs at the ferry stop. 

The Department apologizes for the inconvenience and asks for patience as these necessary repairs are completed.  The Department will provide updates on when service will return.
