Notice of proposed grant of licence, Airport Duty Free Warehousing: THE DUTY FREE SHOPS BERMUDA LTD.

Pursuant to the requirements of sections 7 and 37 of the Airport (Duty Free Sales) Act 1997, I hereby give notice that I propose to grant an Airport Duty Free Warehouse Licence to The Duty Free Shops Bermuda Ltd. (“the applicant”) in respect of one airport duty free warehouse from which it is proposed to sell free of duty tobacco products, wines and spirits.

Any person who objects to the proposed grant of such a licence may object in writing to the Minister of Finance as per sections 8 and 37 of the Airport (Duty Free Sales) Act 1997 within seven days of the publication of this Notice.
